Thanks to Sean at Palo Alto Software and YouTube’s sense of platform, I’ve added two how-to videos to this blog, on a separate page. The first is Develop Your Business Plan, a 35-minute business planning presentation (slide presentation with audio) that I did originally for the SBA website, where they use it as a prerequisite for some kinds of loan processes. The second is Basic Business Numbers, covering what you need to know — practical, short, simple, minimum — to do the financials of a standard business plan.

I used the YouTube custom video player facility for these. It seems to me to be a useful tool for collecting video segments into a single view that you can post on a blog or website.
